Allow me to share some examples of my work:

  • Conducted a strategic review of the Senior Executive Leadership program, resulting in a complete redesign that aligned with the future business needs. This led to significant promotions and role expansions for Cohort 1 (100%) and Cohort 2 (86%) within 12 months of completing the programme.

  • Assisted all managers of a leading health company in enhancing their leadership impact and navigating a successful acquisition by a global firm. The programme ensured continued high performance and an engaged workforce whilst also fostering better team relationships, collaboration and improved ways of working within the management team.

  • Launched the ‘Female Talent Group,’ where each member received a personalised development plan. The group engaged with inspirational speakers, coaching, and mentoring to help them further their careers. They also supported young girls in the local area through initiatives like ‘Girls out Loud.’ In order to share their experiences and help lift the careers of others.
